Set on a ±9,680 sq. ft. site with a ±2,000 sq. ft. footprint, the design explores the balance between classical proportions and contemporary simplicity. A sculptural entrance canopy establishes a memorable identity, while the open-plan layout, generous porches, and pool terrace strengthen the connection between architecture and landscape.
